Steps
Sequence Step
1Cook spaghetti squash in the microwave. Slice the squash in half and scoop out the seeds. Place face down in a microwave safe dish with a little water in the bottom. Microwave on high for 10-12 minutes. Check for doneness. Squash should be soft to the touch.
2Cook bacon in a skillet or use Hormel thin sliced cooked bacon. Crumble when cooled.
3Mix Egg Beaters and cheese together while the squash is cooking.
4When the squash is done, scoop out the strands (will look like cooked spaghetti) with a fork and mix with the egg beaters/cheese mixture.
5Heat oil in a skillet and add the spaghetti mixture. Add the garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Continue cooking until the egg beaters are cooked, stirring so the mixture doesn''t burn on bottom. When cooked, add the bacon and toss.
