Ingredients
Amt. Measure Ingredient
3
largeeggs (2 eggs plus 1 extra yolk)
1
1/2
ouncescream cheese, softened
1/2
cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped)heavy cream
2
teaspoonssplenda no-calorie sweetener
1
teaspoonvanilla extract
1/2
servings .99 ozWhey Protein Powder
1
1/2
tablespoonscoconut oil or butter
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place a 9 inch skillet or 9 inch cake pan in the oven with coconut oil or butter in it. Melt the coconut oil and then swish it around in the pan to completely coat the pan.
2Combine all ingredients in blender (or bowl) and pour into the pan or skillet.
3Bake for 12 minutes.
4You will have a fluffy, big pancake shape, hopefully with slightly raised outer edges. Using a spatula, carefully work it out of the pan. Sometime I flip it onto a plate and then back onto another plate, if I''m not feeling coordinated. You want the part that was facing up in the oven facing up on the plate.
5Once its on a dinner plate, put in a couple of tablespoons of sour cream (I use Daisy or Knudsen Hampshire) and some cut up strawberries. Drizzle with a bit of Somersize maple syrup. You can also serve it with blueberries, raspberries, or, for a completely Level One treat, leave out the berries completely!
6Dutch Baby for a crowd Double the above recipe, (except use 5 whole eggs instead of the extra yolk). Melt the butter in a 9 x 13 pan, and follow the cooking instructions. Once its done, cut it into squares and serve as described above.
