1Place kneeding blades into the Home Bakery baking pan. Pour in 1-7/8 cups of water into the Zo baking pan.

9Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and put yeast in so that it won''t touch wet ingredients at the bottom.
10Place the baking pan into the Home Bakery, close the lid and plug the power cord in to the outlet.
11Select BASIC setting and then either set the timer and press START (for delayed prep) or just press START
12When baking completes, press and hold the START/RESET button. Take out the baking pan using oven mitts and gently shake the loaf out.
