tablespoonsground flax seed meal

cupsold-fashioned rolled oats

cupsCraisins dried cranberries chopped

cup, pittedpitted prunes

cupunsweetened cocoa powder

cup, wholealmonds, toasted

tablespoonshoney or maple syrup

cupcoconut oil
Steps
Sequence Step
1Into a large bowl,add all dry ingredients,as well as prunes and craisins
2In a small saucepan,add coconut oil,peanut butter,and honey or maple syrup.
3Cook on low until just boiling. Remove from heat.
4Add contents of saucepan into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
5Prepare a 9x11 pan by lining with waxed paper. Pour into pan and level with spoon. Cover with another piece of waxed paper. Smooth with hand.
6Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes until firm. Remove from pan onto a cutting board and cut into 10 equal rectangles. Store in individual bags or in a tupperware container.
