Steps
Sequence Step
1Cook sausage over medium head crumbling it as it cooks. When sausage has rendered some of its fat, add zucchini, onion, and garlic and continue cooking until sausage has lost all of its pink color.
2Cook macaroni in boiling water about 5-6 minutes. Drain.
3Drain fat from sausage mixture and combine with macaroni, drained tomatoes, cheddar cheese, parsley and oregano. Mix well.
4Place in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
5Remove from oven. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and put under broiler until cheese is a light golden brown.
