Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat 2 T oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook 10 min until well browned. Remove from skillet.
2Heat 1 T oil in skillet. Add shallot and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in soup, water, tomatoes, vinegar and basil.
3Return chicken to skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes. Serve over noodles and sprinkle with cheese.
