Heat some butter in a pan. Chop 1/2 onion, leek, celery - add to pan. Chop garlic, add to pan.

Chop carrots and sweet potato. Add to pan.

Add stock and some rosemary. Leave for approx. 25 minutes or until vegetables are soft Remove rosemary stalks and blitz with a hand blender.
