Add all ingredients in large pot cover with water and bring to a boil. Add light salt, reduce heat and cook until tender about 30 minutes. Blend with cook water until smoot. Optional - add fresh cilantro and parsley when blending. Add salt and pepper to taste. Great for cleansing, very healing for the gut.
