A chicken, wild rice, celery and carrot soup. Uses Knorr chicken bouillon. My wife prefers chicken breast but I love using chicken hearts and livers. If you do the livers prepare them separately, if you cook them in the soup it changes the flavor quite a bit.

Prepare and drain rice. Chop and boil vegetables and bouillon. About half way through boiling add the chopped chicken breast. Once everything is done boiling add the rice.
