Directions
1. Stir oatmeal, flaxseed, and coffee granules together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed
2. Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla.
3. Fold in chocolate chips and cranberries. Stir well!
4. Let chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
5. Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like.
