Steps
Sequence Step
1Place ground beef and pork in large bowl. Add two eggs. Add onions, mushrooms, garlic, peppers, a tablespoon of Worcester, reserving the second tablespoon. Add salt and pepper.
2Mix with hands to incorporate all ingredients well. Turn out onto sheet pan covered with foil and shape into loaf. Mix together remaining Worcestershire sauce and ketchup and spoon over the top of the loaf. Place in preheated 375 degree oven for approx 120 minutes.
