Sequence Step
1Melt fats in pan with garlic ( I used bacon fat instead of plain lard btw). Sautee for a few minutes. Add mushrooms (2 portabella caps) and sautee until soft. Add cream and simmer. Add herbs and spices. Add spinach and sautee a few minutes then serve. Would also work if processed smoothly.
