Melt chocolate for 1 min in microwave. Stir well. Stir in coconut oil, microwave 20 seconds, stir in peanut butter and honey, microwave 20 seconds and stir (repeat if needed until smooth). Stir in protein powder (I used 2 scoops unsweetened Arbonne protein 1 heaping scoop chocolate), fold in oats and crisp rice cereal. Drop by heaping TBSP onto wax paper. OR can spread in 8 x 8 square pan lined with wax paper to make bars.
