Recipe Description This is a Weight Loss Surgery recipe. It can be modified by substituting 1/2 the sour cream with greek yogurt to increase the protein content and reduce the fat content. You can also add protein powder to increase the protein content.

Usda default (100 gm - 4 oz)Sour cream, fat free--1/2 cup

Steps
Sequence Step
1Prehead oven to 350.
2Cook noodles until firm (not mushy) and drain. Cook beef and drain.
3Mix sour cream (and yogurt if using a higher protein count), mushroom soup, lipton onion soup mix and 1/2 of shredded cheese together. If you are adding protein powder, add that in too.
4Stir in Noodles and beef.
6Spray 9x9 pan with non-stick cooking spray. Pour in mixture and cook for 30 minutes.
8Take out of oven and top with last half of cheese and bread crumbs. Return to oven for 15 minutes.
