1Slice onions thin
2melt half of butter and saute onions until limp and golden brown
3Combine flour, salt, and pepper in bag and coat all meat
4Brown meat in remaining butter
5Add onions back to pan with remaining ingredients. Cover and bake at 325 for 2 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
