Preheat oven to 350F.
Separate egg whites and yolks.
Set Cream of Tartar aside.
Mix yolks with cream cheese and remaining spices. Blend until smooth.
Add Cream of Tartar to egg whites and whip until firm.
Fold egg whites into yolk mixture.
Spoon large cookies size portions onto a lightly oiled cookie sheet.
Baking time varies. Bake for 15 - 25 minutes until each "loaf/bun" had risen and begins gaining a golden color.
