Melt mozzarella and Cream cheese together in microwave safe bowl. Stir until well blended. Stir in egg and almond flour and stir, stir, stir well. Roll out of bowl onto waxed paper form into a ball, fold up waxed paper around dough ball and chill for 30 minutes in fridge. Roll dough ball out onto parchment paper. poke rows of holes with a fork. Bake in 425 oven for 8 min then add desired toppings and finish baking until all ingredients are melted and hot ( 5-10 minutes more)
