Combine cherries, blueberries, vanilla, and 1/4 cup Splenda in large bowl.

In second bowl, combine both flours, oats, 1/4 cup Splenda, and cinnamon.

Cut butter into flour mixture with pastry blender or forks.

Spray 2 1/2 quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Dump fruit mixture into prepared pan.

Sprinkle flour and oat mixture evenly across top of fruit.
