take crust off of bread and roll out with rolling pin. mix cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and egg yolk until smooth. spread mixture evenly on each slice of bread and roll jelly-roll style. brush with melted butter and cover completely with remaining cinnamon and sugar. cover and freeze for 2 hours, or up to 2 months. Preheat oven to 400, uncover and bake for 10-12 minutes
