Steps
Sequence Step
1whisk together the psyllium husk powder, almond-barley-spelt flour, flaxmeal, baking powder and salt.
2Add some hot water and incorporate with a wooden spoon.
3Add additional water a you knead the dough.
4Divide dough into 6 balls.
5Flatten each ball as thin as possible into round shapes.
6Heat a Tava, season with ghee, wipe off excess ghee with a paper towel.
7Place Tava on a burner at medium heat.
8Grill each side of the bread until lightly browned.
9Cool on a plate or rack.
