Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 and line a loaf pan with parchment paper, overlapping the sides. In a large mixing bowl beat the eggs on high speed for 1 min. Add melted Ghee and beat until incorporated. Reduce speed to low and gradually add remaining ingredients until completely mixed and the batter is thick. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 45 min. Cool on rack for 10 min. before slicing.
