Steps
Sequence Step
1Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together in a large bowl.
2Mix boiling water with oil. Add to the flour mixture along with your eggs.
3Work the dough lightly with hands until smooth. Divide into 5 parts and roll out until about 1/8 in thick.
4Place the first section on a well greased cookie sheet (or on a parchment paper covered cookie sheet).
5Spread a thin layer of apples, nuts, cinnamon, and sugar over the dough.
6Place the second layer of dough and spread jelly, cinnamon, and sugar.
7add third layer of dough on top and spread raisins, cinnamon, and sugar over the dough.
8Place the fourth section of dough and spread apples, nuts, jelly, cinnamon, and sugar over top.
9Finally, add the fifth layer of dough and dot with oil and spread cinnamon and sugar over the top.
10Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into thin slices for serving.
