Cover and chill at least 6 hours.

Using a gentle sawing motion, cut vertically to, but not through, bottom of loaf, 1/2 inch from the edge. Lift out the center of the loaf; cut bread into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

Fill the hollowed bread loaf with dip; serve with bread cubes.
