Prepare orange juice and pineapple juice according to package directions.

Prepare lemonade, using 3 cans of water. Combine juices and chill for at least 2 hours.

When ready to serve, pour juice mixture into a punch bowl. Add sherbets to juice mixture in small scoops. Add ginger ale and gently stir to combine. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs. Serve immediately.
