crust, single 9\"unbaked pie shell

package (10 oz)frozen Spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

package, small (3 oz)cream cheese, softened

cups, shreddedmonterey jack cheese - shredded

teaspoonblack pepper

teaspoonthyme, dry, ground

Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake pie shell for 10 minutes until partially set.
2Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well.
3Combine spinach, monterey jack cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, salt and thyme.
4Arrange your ham in the bottom of the pie shell and spoon the spinach mixture on top.
5Combine eggs and milk and pour over the ham and spinach mixture.
6Bake in pre-heated oven for 45-50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
