Combine dry ingredients and set aside.

Combine egg, milk, butter; add to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Fold in blueberries.

Spoon into greased and floured muffin pan, filling each cup 2/3 full.

Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Can substitute blueberries for cranberries, strawberries, or pitted cherries.
