Steps
Sequence Step
1Cook pasta according to directions, and set aside.
2Brown beef, and drain fat
3Add peppers and onions to pan, and saute
4Add tomato paste, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, to pan, and simmer. Adding in Parmesan cheese.
5Add cooked pasta to sauce and meat mixture, cover pot, and simmer on low for 10 mins to let the flavors mix.
6Add mozzarella cheese, stir and serve.
