1Brown beef with onions, add tomatoes and picante sauce
2Add 1 - 2 tsps cumin
3Warm tortillas to be pliable
4Combine Cream cheese and green chilies
5spread cream cheese on tortillas - divide evenly and fold tortillas in half
6pour 1/2 of meat sauce mixture in 9 x 13 pan
7place folded tortillas in pan and top with remaining sauce
8Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
9Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 5 more minutes
