1.Preheat 400°F oven.
2.Place salmon fillets, skin side down, on foil covered baking sheet.
3.Combine parmesan cheese, minced garlic, paprika, and salt and pepper. Drag fillets in the mixture and place on prepared pan.
Bake uncovered for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the salmon is cooked and flakes easily with fork.
