1 large pk. Chicken thighs. Combine all spices in oil than add garlic/ onion.
Olive oil
Cumin
Garlic salt
Pepper
Chile powder
Garlic pods 3 to 4 diced
1 medium onion
2 small tomatoes diced
1 jalapeno diced with no seeds
1 serrano " "
1/2 cream cheese
1/6 velveeta cheese ( if you don''t have that''s ok)
1/4 heavy cream
3 zucchini diced (if your making a small pan 1 will be fine.)
1 can of corn ( not keto, but kids will love it, so just don''t serve yourself to much)
Water/ broth depends on the size you are making.
I always spice the beginning, middle and taste at the end to see what''s missing.
