Cream together butter, oil, and sugars

add vanilla and eggs beating until smooth

In separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and sofa, nutmeg and salt

alternate adding flour mixture and milk to butter mixture. Mix until combined

Scoop batter into a gallon size ziplock bag. Snip off bottom corner. Squeeze batter into cavities of prepared donut pan.

bake at 425 for 7 minutes. Let rest in pan for 2-3 minutes before turning out onto cooling rack.
