Cheesy keto bread found on Tasty. If you leave the bread halves rounded, they yield small buns. You can flatten to create a piece of bread. The only keto bread I've tried that does not taste "eggy".

Shredded mozzarella and cream cheese in bowl. Microwave for one min. Mix completely. In separate bowl mix dry all other ingredients including 1/2 teasp italian seasonings. Add in shredded cheddar then combine wet and dry ingredients. Shape into a large ball and refrigerate for 30 min.
Remove from fridge and cut in 4. Roll each quarter into a ball. Cut each ball in half. Place flat side down on a grease baking sheet. Cook for 8 to 12 min until light golden brown. Use each side as a small bun for desired sandwich fillings.
