Preheat oven 350 degrees F

Spray standard size (9x5-inch) loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray

combine flour, bran, baking powder, baking soda, fructose, and cinnamon in a large bowl and mix well. Add raisins and mix again

combine buttermilk, egg and vanilla in another bowl and mix

pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until moist

spoon mixture into loaf pan and bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. Let cool. Store, tightly covered, in the refrigerator
