| 1 | Saute Onions and Garlic in Olive Oil until clear. | 2 | Add water to pan ( a couple of cups to start with) and add other ingrediants except Collards. Stir well. | 3 | Add collards and enough water to barely cover. Cook for 20 to 30 min, depending on how well you like them done. |
