Steps
Sequence Step
1Saute Onions and Garlic in Olive Oil until clear.
2Add water to pan ( a couple of cups to start with) and add other ingrediants except Collards. Stir well.
3Add collards and enough water to barely cover. Cook for 20 to 30 min, depending on how well you like them done.
