1Melt the butter in a mug (I used a ramekin but you can use any microwave safe dish.)
2Add egg
3Add dry ingredients
4Mix all the ingredients well.
5Microwave for 90 seconds. Let it cool for 1 minute and remove from bowl. Cut in half and it’s ready to eat!
