Sauté mushrooms to cook. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and combine. put into cooking sprayed silicone molds about 1/4 cup size molds. Cover silicone mold with foil. Put recommended water into instapot and place rack in pot. Place silicon mold on top of wire rack and set to pressure cook for 14 minutes on high. Allow pressure to release on its own for 10 minutes then quick release. Allow egg bites to cool and flip over silicon mold onto a plate. Egg bites can be stored in refrigerator or frozen. Reheat in microwave for 1-1.5 minutes before serving.
