Place first 6 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. (Use food processor to do the bread crumbs, walnuts, and onions.) You may also add 3 tsp. of your choice of herbs.

Blend Tofu, Water, and Braggs in blender. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.

Using an ice cream scoop, form mixture into balls.
