Roast squash for 30 mins at 200 Celcius in 1 in cubes

Melt oil in pan

Add onion and slightly soften

Add Garlic and Ginger; cook for a minute

Add chilies and bell pepper; cook for 2 mins

Add zucchini; cook for 2 mins

Stir in cream so all veggies are covered

Add curry paste and mix well

Season with salt and sugar if necessary
