Put Olive Oil in bowl and add chopped garlic, basil, and tomatoes. Steep for at least 15 minutes.

Cook the pasta in boiling water while the oil steeps.

Cut mozzarella into 1/2" cubes and set aside. Drain pasta after it is cooked slightly more than al dente.

Rinse pasta and fold into Olive Oil mixture. Fold in mozzarella and serve. Garnish with fresh basil, if desired.
