Steps
Sequence Step
1In a mixer whip sugar and softened butter until light and fluffy.
2Add vanilla and cornstarch until well blended on med speed
3add flour in 1 cup increments on Med speed until the dough is not too sticky but easy to handle.
4By hand roll into 1 inch balls and place onto greased cookie sheet. Press with fork to flatten slightly. Sprinkle with Demerara sugar or white sugar
5bake in a preheated oven 275 degrees for 30 minutes or until slightly browned (golden). Remove and cool before storing or serving.
