Put Softened cream cheese in medium mixing bowl. Beat until smooth

Add remaining ingredients and beat well.

Pour into 8X8 greased glass baking dish

Bake at 350 for 40 - 45 minutes until toothpick comes our clean.

Cool and chill before serving. Do not freeze.

Note: Use one 15 oz can of pumpkin rather than two cups.
