Warm olive oil in skillet and brown the chicken breasts over medium heat. Remove chicken

Add spinach and garlic and stir for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the cream and cheese.

Spread mixture over bottom of skillet. Place breasts on top and cover and cook on low for 15 minutes
