1Preheat oven to 350F
1Preheat oven to 350F. Boil water.
2Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Bring water to a boil.
3Add vinegar and egg whites to the dry ingredients and combine well.
4Add boiling water while beating with hand mixer for about 30 seconds. Play dough consistency. Donot over mix.
5Oil hands and shape dough into 6 buns. Place on greased sheet. Top with optional sesame seeds.
