Preheat oven to 350F

Preheat oven to 350F. Boil water.

Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Bring water to a boil.

Add vinegar and egg whites to the dry ingredients and combine well.

Add boiling water while beating with hand mixer for about 30 seconds. Play dough consistency. Donot over mix.

Oil hands and shape dough into 6 buns. Place on greased sheet. Top with optional sesame seeds.
