Cook chicken/onion/garlic in EVOO.

Remove chicken, cool and cube.

Cut cheese into six cubes and melt in liquid.

Mash 4 cups of beans with a little cooking liquid, add to pot with remaining whole beans.

Mix in frozen corn and chilies, simmer for about 20 minutes.
