In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs. Add the milk and water slowly while stirring. Add the salt and butter until smooth.

Lightly oil the griddle and heat it over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter on the griddle using 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so the batter coats the surface evenly.

Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes or until light golden brown. Loosen the edges with a spatula, flip it and cook the other side.
