Steps

1Mix all ingridients together in a bowl. Preheat griddle or frying pan and coat with cooking spray. You need to recoat the pan after each batch.
2Preheat oven to 200 degrees
3ladel batter onto heated griddle by 1/3 cupfuls and flatten slightly with a spatula.
4cook pancakes 4 minutes on each side being careful not to burn them.
5Place cooked pancakes in preheated oven to keep warm and repeat steps 3 and 4 until all of the batter is used up.
