ounceCream of Mushroom Soup, 98% Fat Free

medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)potatoes cubed

carrot (7-1/2")carrot,chopped 1 inch chunks

Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat oil in saucepot. Add beef and cook until browned. Pour off fat.
2Add mushroom soup, 1 cup water and onion soup mex. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
3Add potatoes and carrots. Cover and cook 1 hour or until roast is fork-tender. Remove roast and vegetables to platter.
4Mix flous and remaining water. Add to soup mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Serve with roast and vegetables.
