In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, maple syrup, lime juice, and ginger.
Add steak and toss until coated. Cover bowl and marinate in the
refrigerator at least 30 minutes.

Preheat a gas or charcoal grill and lightly oil the grate.
Place broccoli and oil in a large bowl and toss to coat. Remove
steak from marinade and discard marinade.

Alternate steak and broccoli on eight metal grilling skewers. Season
with pepper.

Grill 6–8 minutes for medium-rare, turning often. Serve
immediately.
