In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar substitute, lime
juice, and ginger. Add steak and toss until coated.
Cover bowl and marinate in the refrigerator at least 30
minutes.

When ready to cook, toss broccoli in olive oil, remove
steak from marinade, and place meat and vegetables
on 8 metal grilling skewers. Season with pepper.

Grill over medium-high heat until cooked to desired
doneness, about 6–8 minutes for medium-rare, longer
if you want a higher cook temperature, and serve.
