dissolve yeast in Kitchenaid mixing bowl with warm water warm milk sugar and margarine. allow the yeast to bloom-5 minutes.

add 1 cup of flour and beat on #2 setting for 1 minute using the dough hook add 1 cup of flour and beat another minute on #2 setting gradually add remaning flour (1/2 cup)

turn dough out onto a floured counter top and knead for 5 minutes.

Using a rolling pin, roll out dough to fit into a 12” to 14” pizza pan or jelly roll pan.

Grease the pizza or jelly roll pan with cooking spray.

Place dough onto the pan and crimp edges to form a crust. If making a stuffed crust pizza, cut each mozzarella stick into 4 strips and roll into edge of crust. Spread with pizza sauce and top with cheese and optional selected topping.

Label plastic wrap with period and kitchen. Allow dough to rise overnight in the refrigerator. (Mrs. Shaak will place it into the refrigerator)
